Terrell Harris established R77 Designs in 2001 while pursuing a Web Development Certification at the Professional Center of Development of George Washington University.  His work in the IT field handling Configuration Management wasn't satisfying his need for creativity.  In speaking and working with other small business owners he found that there was a need for inexpensive and professional web presence in order to aide with strong marketing and promotions, which his company proudly provides.

 

Terrell has served on his church's video production ministry since 2003 and feels God has opened his eyes to a new realm of creativeness.  Terrell looks forward to expanding his business by offering inexpensive solutions for photography and videography along with web design services.

 

Terrell received his Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Norfolk State University, Web Development Certificate from George Washington University and is also a ITIL Practitioner in Change, Configuration and Release Management.
